Become A Customer - How to Apply
To qualify as a UPP customer, you must own a retail pet store with a valid business license located within our service area.
We serve Southern California and Las Vegas only. (View our service area.) You must also have the ability to purchase a $400 minimum order.
If you meet this criteria and would like to become a customer:
- Fill out the Customer Application (Note: If completing the form electronically, first save to your computer's hard drive.)
- Print it
- Sign it
- Mail or fax it to us
- Give us five business days to process your application
